As part of an international collaboration, Smart City Consultancy will work with the Open University, Swift robotics and Milton Keynes University Hospital to operate AI-enabled service robots in and around the hospital. The robots will undertake everyday tasks, providing a better patient experience and easing the day-to-day pressures on the people working at the hospital. Whilst safely and securely delivering medicines, records or food and drink around the hospital, the robots will detect any issues, such as spillages or other safety hazards and alert staff to these. The robots will be connected into the central hospital systems in order to optimise operations as part of a fully-connected care environment.
