As part of a European Space Agency funded project, and with UK Space Agency support, SatCAV will develop a new satellite-enabled street-side connectivity solution that will enable deployment of self-driving shuttles into suburban and rural areas, where traditionally coverage is not at the level required to enable mission-critical safety messages to be safely and securely transmitted. We will work with a number of UK partners to achieve this, and develop the potential for new self-driving shuttle routes across Milton Keynes and beyond.
